Completion status reports

Completion status reports from the Diploma aggregation service show how much progress a student has made towards a Diploma award.

Progress towards completion of each component is indicated as a percentage of total required guided learning hours. These reports can also be used to check that all expected results are received.

What do I need to do?

• Extract completion status from the Diploma aggregation service as needed. 
• Download the Diploma aggregation service quick guide or use the e-learning tool to see how to download a Completion status report.
• You can also produce an individual Diploma progress statement to show the student where they are in their programme.
